Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, helping them select cannabis products that align with their preferences and requirements, while showcasing your adept sales abilities.
• Process transactions with precision and efficiency using our point-of-sale system, adhering strictly to all procedural and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations, maintaining a safe and legally compliant shopping environment.
• Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage customers with your enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of the cannabis industry, ensuring they have an informative and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date with our evolving product range, including the latest strains, accessories, and methods of consumption, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
• Contribute to a tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing retail space, assisting with merchandising to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in regular inventory checks and product restocking, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail and inventory management skills.
• Collaborate with the team and management to enhance operational efficiency, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to elevate the store’s performance.
• Be dedicated to deepening your understanding of cannabis-related topics, from strain characteristics to product effects and industry trends, to provide customers with accurate and comprehensive advice.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service, ideally in a related industry, with proven sales expertise.
• Interest in the cannabis industry and motivation to learn and advance within this field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, showing adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to learning and adhering to procedures.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Experience in a cannabis dispensary setting.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
