Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a dedicated team of cannabis delivery drivers, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards, safety protocols, and top-tier customer service.
• Strategically develop and implement effective delivery routes, optimizing time and resources for maximum efficiency.
• Regularly monitor and maintain our fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring they meet all safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with our retail team to streamline inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Conduct thorough performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and devise training programs to boost driver skills and operational efficiency.
• Swiftly address and resolve any customer concerns or issues related to delivery, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
• Rigorously ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements governing cannabis delivery, including meticulous age verification and product handling protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within a delivery or logistics environment.
• Proven leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
