Position Overview:

As the Store Manager at NYCBUD, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, crafting a world-class retail experience for our customers. This role is pivotal in molding our brand’s image and cultivating a culture of excellence. We are looking for a visionary leader who is enthusiastic about innovating processes and dedicated to elevating customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store operations, encompassing sales, customer experience, and day-to-day activities.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of passionate individuals, steering them towards performance excellence and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster a positive and enriching work environment, emphasizing team recognition and professional growth.
• Manage store profitability, overseeing budgets, and proposing process improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to city, state, and company regulations, focusing on education and enforcement of standards.
• Strategically develop and manage staff schedules, aligning responsibilities for optimal store performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the Cannabis industry in New York.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a successful retail Store Manager role.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in various computer software systems, adaptable to changing work environments.
• Basic understanding of cannabis-related terminology and products (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Flexible schedule with possibility of weekend work as needed.
• Availability for day, night, and overnight shifts.
